FENERBAHCE WANT LUIS NANI

Turkish side Fenerbahce are keen on getting former Manchester United winger Luis Nani, according to reports.

The Portugal international and Euro 2016 winner moved to the club following his exit from Old Trafford back in 2015 but he stayed for just a season before leaving.

The player was a fan favourite during his time in Turkey. The club wants to re-sign him but this time on a loan deal. The player moved to Spanish club Valencia for £7 million after leaving Turkey but he could return back to the club to help them with their continental aspirations.

Nani picked up a knee injury this summer so he has not been training with the rest of the squad ahead of the new La Liga season. Reports in Istanbul claim the 30-year old could join the club anytime soon.

Spanish football news site Marca reports that Fenerbahce and Valencia are in talks already with the hope that the move happens before the August 31 deadline or as a free agent. The player played 26 games, scoring five goals and providing eight assists last season. If he can better that tally, he could be instrumental for the prospective employers.

The former Sporting winger played almost a decade in England, winningfour Premier League titles, and a Champions League title. He has experience playing at top clubs and his previous experience in Turkey should help him settle in seamlessly.
