OFF TO SPAIN?

Luis Nani might be on his way to Spain soon as the La Liga club Valencia is planning to place a bid in excess of 15 million Pounds for him, but, that’s if the Singapore businessman Peter Lim gets selected as the club chairman in the next few days.

Lim’s chances of taking over as the chairman of Valencia CF are very good. It is believed to be inevitable and as soon as he takes charge, he will try and land Nani at Mestalla.

He has already said in quite a few of his interviews recently that if he is selected, he would get the transfer activities happening quickly and would not hesitate in spending big amounts. And, the player who is at the top of his list is Nani who isn’t having a great time at Old Trafford at the moment.

Yes, the Portuguese winger has got the contract extension at United recently, but, he is struggling to be a regular figure there. He is not at the top of the pecking order and that’s something which he would definitely be upset about.

The United manager David Moyes also would not be unwilling to talk to the clubs regarding Nani’s transfer. He is not lacking quality wingers right now thanks to the emergence of Adnan Januzaj.

Nani has got a few playing opportunities here and there at United, but, he hasn’t performed consistently in those matches to force David Moyes to keep persisting with him. He has been wayward most of the times and that’s why, he finds himself out of favour at this point of time.

In total, the 27 years old player has made 10 appearances for the Red Devils this season and has managed to strike just once.
